Michelle founded Atomic Tucson because she has a penchant for historic and vintage properties and specializes in Tucson’s mid-century modern home ranch, bungalow, classic modern, fifties ranch, and burnt adobe ramblers.

As member of MAPP—Tucson’s Modern Architecture Preservation Project—she has helped to identify and preserve an important part of Southwestern history

You'll find me riding around in my mom's really plush cadillac or sleeping on a bed in her office, or playing with your kids while you people get to talking about houses...

Michelle Hotchkiss

Michelle is a fourth generation Tucsonan and third generation Realtor.  She is a historic preservationist and was a Co-founder of Tucson Modernism Week.  She was previously a photo producer and editor in NYC and returned home to Tucson in 2007.
